This page helps you choose the correct payment plan agreement for the All Courses Business Accelerator Program. Review the options below, download the agreement that matches your situation, complete and sign it, and email it to our team for review.
How It Works
Follow these three steps so our team can review your request and set up the correct plan.
Choose Your Customer Type
Select Existing Student, New Online Customer, or New Hands-On Customer based on your purchase history and preferred course.
Complete and Sign the Agreement
Download the correct PDF, review the payment schedule, and complete all customer, banking, and signature fields.
Email It to MFS
Attach the completed and signed agreement and send it to info@mfstradeschool.com. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Existing MFS Student
Choose this option only if you previously purchased an eligible MFS Hood Cleaning course and now want to upgrade to the Business Accelerator Program.
