We have been cleaning exhaust hood systems for over 25 years. Christos & his partner, Pauline, founded MFS in 2015 in Sanford Florida. With Christian values and a lot of hard work, they built MFS to what it is today. Christos started out as a government bonded contractor in the state of NJ and later became a private licensed fire inspector for his own kitchen exhaust hood cleaning and fire suppression company. MFS Trade School is now recognized by jurisdictions nationwide and has become a brand name in Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning training and certification.

MFS Trade School offers both online video training as well as hands-on training and certification with hundreds of 5 Star Google reviews and video testimonials from students worldwide. In 2023, MFS Trade School welcomed Christos’s oldest daughter, Vas, who together with Christos & Pauline expanded the training courses to include nightly Janitorial Restaurant Cleaning, Virus Disinfection, Appliance Steam Cleaning, Fryer Oil Filtration, Vegetable Waste Oil Collection, Power Washing and much more!
