Grease Eater is a super-strong, concentrated, biodegradable degreaser. It can be diluted at a ratio of 1:8 with water, allowing one gallon of concentrate to make up to eight gallons of powerful degreasing solution.

Our proprietary formula contains added surfactants designed to cut through and lift stubborn grease in a wide variety of applications, including commercial kitchens, kitchen exhaust hood systems, fans, baffle filters, grills, cooking equipment, floors, concrete, dumpsters, and more.

Exhaust Hood Cleaning Using a Pressure Washer

Mix 2 cups of Grease Eater with 1 gallon of water. Use a pump sprayer to apply the solution to the kitchen exhaust hood system. Allow it to remain on the surface for approximately 5 minutes, then rinse it off using a hot-water pressure washer.

Hood Filter Cleaning by Soaking — No Scrubbing or Pressure Washer Needed

There is now a faster way to clean hood filters without scrubbing or using a pressure washer. Mix 1–2 gallons of Grease Eater into a 30–40-gallon plastic bin or garbage container. Place the filters in the solution and allow them to soak overnight. By the following morning, the filters should be ready to rinse.

This process can help save time, labor, and money.

Do not soak aluminum filters. The chemical may damage, discolor, or deteriorate aluminum. Only stainless-steel or galvanized filters should be soaked. Aluminum filters may be cleaned using a pressure washer, provided Grease Eater is not left on the surface for longer than 5 minutes and is rinsed thoroughly.
