MFS REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Courses
All MFS Trade School course sales are final. This includes all online courses, hands-on training courses, certifications, training programs, digital materials, and any related educational products or services.
Once a course purchase has been made, there are no refunds, cancellations, credits, or exchanges for any MFS Trade School course, whether the course is taken online, in person, hands-on, or through any other training format.
Products
All product sales are final after purchase is made.
MFS Trade School only accepts returns, refunds, or exchanges for products that are damaged in transit or covered under a valid manufacturer’s warranty, when applicable.
To be eligible for a refund, exchange, replacement, or warranty review due to shipping damage, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You must email us and call us at:

You must provide clear pictures of the damaged item, the packaging, and any visible shipping damage.
After we review the damage claim, we may ask you to return the damaged item to us, unless we instruct you to hold on to the item for inspection, carrier review, or warranty purposes.
Upon receipt and review of the damaged item, we will ship a replacement item or replacement parts when available. If a replacement or replacement parts are not available within 14 days, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the damaged item.
All shipping fees to and from MFS Trade School are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise required by the manufacturer’s warranty or approved in writing by MFS Trade School.
MFS Trade School does not accept returns or issue refunds for products due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, change of mind, lack of use, or any reason other than verified shipping damage or an applicable manufacturer’s warranty claim.
