I understand the NFPA codes are most essential however the first day of class I would have like more hands on work with exhaust systems of different sizes. Maybe instructor/s can get multiple commercial entities to allow MFS student to utilize their kitchens for training. Chirstos has a great knack for making sure we students understand the importance of fire prevention and for that as well as the offerings of this course I'm grateful. Other MFS staff: Christiana, and Victor, were excellent at meeting my needs and preparing us for certification."
